Keys in the right pool, ready before anyone asks
Store keys in pools for each SKU, ready to deliver the moment a request is approved. When one seller runs low and another has surplus, move keys across instead of ordering more.
Frostfall: Deluxe Edition · Steam
A spreadsheet per SKU doesn't scale
When keys live in files and inboxes, nobody knows exactly what's available, or where a key went.
Manual allocation
Every approved request means finding the right file, copying out keys and marking them used. Then doing it again.
Ordering keys you already have
One seller runs dry while another sits on surplus for the same SKU, so you order more instead of rebalancing.
No trail back
Once a key leaves the spreadsheet there's no reliable way to recover it or see how it was used.
Set up once, deliver on approval
Bulk upload
Request a batch from your key provider or upload your own.
Allocate to pools
Split keys into pools for each game SKU and seller.
Deliver on approval
Approved requests are fulfilled from the pool automatically.
Rebalance
Move available keys between pools for the same SKU.
Less admin, more control
Pools turn a pile of keys into stock you can see, move and account for.
Delivered on approval
Keys wait in their pool, ready to be delivered the moment a request is approved. No copy and paste.
Bulk upload
Request a batch of keys on your key provider, then allocate them to each pool for a game SKU.
Steam integrationMove between pools
Re-distribute available keys to other pools for the same SKU when one seller has surplus and another is short.
Metadata on every key
Each key is tagged with metadata so it can be recovered from Alaska and its usage tracked.
A great key management solution.
“Alaska lets us securely manage, distribute and audit keys internally and externally across all platforms. Working with the K3YS team has allowed us to work smarter, streamline internal processes and facilitate demand for our product.”
Can I move keys from one pool to another?
Yes. Available keys can be re-distributed between pools for the same SKU, so you can top up a seller from another seller's surplus without ordering more.
How do pools get filled?
Bulk request keys through the Steam integration and let Alaska ingest them, or bulk upload keys you already have, then allocate them to each pool.
